Can't find the add-in list.
To display the add-in list, click on the "tools" command on your Excel main toolbar. Then click on "add-ins..." and the add-in list will be displayed.

My new add-in does not show up on the add-in list.
This happens, when you do not store your newly downloaded add-in in the same directory that Excel expects to find it. To fix this, simply click on the "browse" button and point the program to the same location where you originally stored the file. It should then show up on the list.

When I download a Trend Engines add-in I am notified that I am downloading from Trend Engines, which is not a trusted source. What should I do?
This is a Microsoft Excel security feature, which is used to protect you from malicious software, which you may download from the Internet. To run your new add-in,click the checkbox marked "always trust macros from this source." This will allow future Trend Engine add-ins to be run without going through this procedure. Then click "enable macros" and your add-in will start.

Do you guarantee I'll make money using your software?
We are sorry but Trend Engines cannot guarantee that you will make money using our SysGen trading system or any of our other products. The products we sell our tools which traders can use to help make better decisions about their trading actions. If we were to sell you a hammer it would not guarantee that you would build a house. Likewise, no matter how good our tools are, we cannot guarantee that we will make you rich.
